*These are the basic, bare bones web site starter kits. It does not include meetings (after the first consultation, hosting or domain name purchases. Any Extras to be added (photo galleries, scripting, graphics, pages) will be additional.

Meetings

Meetings include material based on your website’s phase, as well as time at the meetings. Email and Phone meetings are weekly fees that occur when decisions are made with the use of those mediums as opposed to a traditional face to face meeting.

Graphics (per Image/Graphic/Picture)

Graphics reflect any image, background, or pictures on the website. We do not use copy-righted images or data in our websites. We have ready-made pictures available from CD’s of clipart purchased at any computer store. Any images provided by the client will be used in a professional manner with a small handling fee for the time to put them into the website (see Digital Pictures Provided for Costs.) If we are to provide the digital images, there is a Digital Pictures Session in meetings that will be included in these costs. (10% off with maintenance for all changes/additions to website after creation)

Web Pages

A web page is any page on the web site. Samples are your information, logos and images arranged so as to mock up the completed website for phases three and four. Base fees are included for Web Page Creation and Web Page Redesign. These are fees are only charged once during the Phases 1-5. A Redesign Fee will be charged after 6 months of no maintenance fees or for new clients with an out dated website. You can build your own, or use one of the starter packages.

Interactive Media

All interactive media is on a project-by-project basis. Most Projects take anywhere from 5 to 100 hours to complete and costs range from 25 (for simple scripts that help make your website more interactive) to a few thousand dollars for graphic heavy flash movies. Please inquire for costs for your interactive ideas.  

Maintenance

Maintenance is offered at base fees by month. These fees are not the actual changes to the web site, those charges can be found above. These fees are to ensure that at the highest priority your changes are made with in two working days of receiving your email confirmation of the changes.
